 Story

In the mid to late 21st century, the Human Gene Improvement Program has achieved full coverage. Through gene editing, 99% of genetic diseases can be cured with healthy genes. Even genetic modification studios also provide character gene-editing services.

The protagonist of the game, Eric, often clashes with others due to his poor personality. Finally, he made up his mind to go to the genetic modification studio, trying to perfect himself through gene editing.

In the genetic modification studio, Eric enters different exhibition spaces that analyze human nature, faces the primitive evils in human genes, and solves problems layer by layer to achieve 100% genetic perfection.

   

 Gameplay

Gene Cube is a VR role-playing puzzle game. Players are supposed to find clues and props to enter the next room, and finally, collect all the props and achieve 100% genetic modification, triggering the ending animation.

• Yuchan: Technology overload seems to be an eternal proposition, and at a time when gene editing still crosses ethical lines, it's left to the player to ponder whether it's worth doing whatever it takes to get the perfect life.
